摘要: 安全气囊能够在汽车发生碰撞后弹出, 使车内乘员与相对松软的气囊袋接触, 吸收部分碰撞能量, 从而使车内乘员的
伤害程度尽可能降低。通过对驾驶员安全气囊、副驾驶安全气囊、侧面气囊、侧面安全气帘的静态展开测试技术研究, 确定驾驶
员安全气囊、副驾驶安全气囊、侧面气囊、侧面安全气帘的静态展开测试性能参数, 完成气囊部品静态展开测试平台的搭建, 提
升了气囊部品静态展开测试的准确性, 能够为气囊设计以及生产提供准确的气囊静态展开性能参数以及检测技术支持。

bag to absorb part of the collision energy. Make the occupants in the car as low as possible. The static deployment test technology of driver
airbag, front passenger airbag, side airbag and side air curtain was studied. And the performance parameters of the static deployment test
of the driver airbag, front passenger airbag, side airbag, and side air curtain were determined. The construction of a static deployment test
platform for airbag components was completed. The accuracy of the static deployment test of airbag components is improved. It can provide accurate
airbag static deployment performance parameters and detection technical support for airbag design and production.
