车辆外覆盖件冲压橘皮的成因分析与工艺优化

摘要: 针对DC04 冷轧板试冲压一款商用车顶盖表面出现橘皮缺陷问题, 对产生冲压橘皮的原因进行了理论分析, 并进行现
场处理和工艺优化。经过对该零部件的生产工艺过程参数进行了调整优化, 消除了板面橘皮现象, 达到用户外观质量验收标准。
